Yerakina is perfectly equipped for al fresco summer living. The centre of the villa is open-plan, with a recently refurbished kitchen and well-appointed living area centred around a charming open fireplace.
The main outside terrace has a built-in charcoal BBQ and outside corner seating – perfect for sundowners, al fresco dining and stargazing.
Just a few steps below the main terrace is a spacious area that includes a large swimming pool and covered lunching area, which provides ample space for sun-bathing or just relaxing in the shade of one of the large parasols.
There are five ensuite double bedrooms in all, four of which come off the main living room in the centre of the property. The two identical master bedrooms have a super king bed and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. The two twin bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. There is a further studio master bedroom (with ensuite shower room) located under the main terrace with its own entrance.
There is also a utility room which houses a washing machine and second fridge freezer.
